Flower Feeders

I caught a few flower friends, but have no specifics, as my clover flower and butterfly skills are nil. What do you say blogger buddies? Can you I.D. better than me?

Hi Hannibal,

Not sure about the first but the second is a swallowtail (black swallowtail if think it's called). Not sure if male or female since I can't see the tops of the wings. One has green and one has blue on top, I think blue is female.

Nice shots!

The top one is a Painted Lady and the bottom I believe an Eastern Black Swallowtail. Gorgeous shots!!

Those Swallowtails are hard to photograph..at least for me..they never stop moving. I got a few shots yesterday, but none so nice.

Beautiful Hannibal,
Yes Painted Lady and most likely Black Swallowtail. Are these with the new lens? Very nice for sure!
My header is an Oakleaf Hydrangea. Thanks for commenting on it.
